Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products such as opened toiletries, personal hygiene items, and custom bath accessories are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene standards. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bathauraluxe.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you may send the product to our office at Office 26, 3rd Floor, Silver City Plaza, G 11 Markaz, Sector G 11, Islamabad, Pakistan. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of defective or wrong items, we will provide a full refund including shipping charges or offer a replacement, depending on your preference.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at info@bathauraluxe.store with your order details.
